Human behavior fascinates me. Discovering what motivates people to create change in their lives. Why do we do what we do and behave how we behave. How can we learn to do things differently?
What can we do to change dysfunctional patterns of behavior in order to better our relationships with ourselves, others and the world around us. This is what I want to help people learn to do.
